Returns

If you are purchasing as a consumer in the United Kingdom or European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In their original condition

  • With tags attached

  • Returned with original packaging where reasonably possible

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as Foster Taylor cannot accept responsibility for returns lost in transit.


Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Where required under applicable consumer law, we will offer an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, repair, refund, or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sealed goods not suitable for return once opened

  • Clearance or sale items

Exchanges

If you would like a different size, colour, or item, please place a new order separately and return the original item in accordance with this policy.


Refunds
